Early Identification of Autism in Early Learning and Care Environments

Childcare is often the first environment a child will transition into from their home environment; it is also often the first place that families experience a transition from home into an educational environment.   It is critical that we create a soft landing and transition to childcare for all children, including those that have autism diagnosed or undiagnosed.  Simultaneously, we need to maximise the potential of each child through early identification and intervention.
